   Mentorship is the ability to guide or instruct someone . We seem to get all we want from the environment through our five senses in this generation , but we can't get all from all that. We are in need of someone close to our environment.    We  has Christians must follow the steps of those that are gone before us. Before a man becomes what he is destined to be, he needs two people. God and a mentor. God is important because only those that know their God will do exploit and be strong (Daniel 11:32).    We also need someone to train us. It doesn't matter what that person have, it is what the person can offer. To enlighten the ones that are ready to learn and to bring to the understanding of those that think the administration is of no use to them without any discrimination. The administration has departments that take proper care of those the organization wants to help.    He sets this organization on a strong and firm standard.    A song in Yoruba (Nigeria) says " the Lord is, as the time of old, but we don't worship God like old times " . This is very true. I always wonder why there was power in the early churches, but now, we hardly see the manifestations like the ones we read about the book of Acts of the Apostles?!    Some times ago I thought that Christianity was a joke passed down to generations. We have little people in the church performing miracles, what are the other members of the church doing? We've always wanted people to be all we want them to be to us. Never expect too much from a man because the best of a man is a MAN. What aspect of person do we want, that our God isn't?    An altar call is the beckoning of people to salvation. Salvation is the confession of sin and proclamation of Jesus Christ as LORD and SAVIOR . This summoning is not of open disgrace, but a declaration that "I have decided to follow Jesus and nothing can change my mind".    In our churches today, people don't really understand the worth of this call. Some think that it is a mandatory information to be passed after each message. To be sincere, it's the most important message through the ages.    Unfaithfulness is the act of disloyalty or infidelity. This can also be said to be the betrayal of one's trust. In the world today, its easier to break a trust than to break a bottle. People don't care about others' feelings, so far it makes them stay out of trouble.    That is not supposed to be. Some of the little things that we think it doesn't count means a lot to some people, but do we care enough to think about how they feel? If we can't be faithful to our fellow humans, how much more God?    Our God has been faithful to us in all things. He gave us things without discrimination ( Matthew 5:45).    People fall into sin, yet they Love God. They really want to get things straightened out by explaining themselves forgetting that God knows and sees all. If you most know, you can Love God, yet the devil can still manipulate you.    Our Lord Jesus Christ said in Matthew 6:24 "no man can serve two masters for either he was will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye can not serve God and mammon" . This verse is definitely true, but I would like to tell you that the devil doesn't care whether you hate and despise him. He can still get hold of you if you are wandering aimlessly.    He's had his trick of pulling Christians down if you still have lust in you (James 1:14). Thank God we have a way out -GRACE, but that is not a free access to commit sin, rather the ability to abstain from sin. You can be Loved by God, yet the devil might use you or the other way round.  There is a call to greatness - the life of God in Him. To every call given, there is a reward for picking up the phone. Some people don't want to pick it up, because they feel like a heavy load will be dumped on them. But that's not true. He is faithful to the extent of doing the job Himself (1 Thessalonians 5:24). He just wants people to see Him through you. You wonder how people suddenly turn great men of God into idols, right? It's because they think these men are doing it themselves, forgetting that they have a source - Christ Jesus.    When God gives a command, it comes with blessings. Part of the blessings is the ability to do and reward for doing it. You will discover that when you do a work reluctantly, you tend to use more energy, but when you do with joy and gladness, no matter how hard it is, you would like to do more.    It is stressful to do God's work or obey His commandment without willingness.    You don't have what you have for the sake of yourself, but for other's sake. God gave you whatever you have because He wants others to see what He can do and that you also impact it into their lives with whatever it is. You became a Christian not for you to remain like that in your closet and just enjoy God all by your self. You are meant to "go into the world and preach the gospel"- Matthew 28:18-20. Evangelize to others and lead them to Christ just you were.   Material things are also things that mustn't keep to oneself and watch your neighbors suffer. Impact lives with your substance. Be it love, care, knowledge, e.t.c. Don't tell your neighbors to come back for something you have in your capacity ( Proverbs 3:27). Supply it if you have it. What does dignity and virginity mean? How do they relate?  Dignity can be defined as the state worthy of esteem and respect, while virginity simply means a state of been pure to sexual intercourse. The combination of the two words in a sentence means the quality of being a virgin.    Let's move further by knowing the meaning of a virgin.    Some people say the LAW is bad, but come to think of it. If the Law is bad, why would it be given by God? If the law isn't bad why would God give the Holy Spirit? So many people with different questions.    I have come to the realization that every good gift comes from the Lord. I will like to make an illustration of health. We all know that without medicine, the human race might have been finished by now. But I also want us to know that God gave them knowledge of medicine to help us survive every one of our sicknesses, but at the same time He also wants us to experience DIVINE health.    When we take any drug or treatment prescribed by the doctor for a particular illness, that doesn't mean it won't come back, but when God heals, it can never come back, if you Believe. To g ive is to transfer something from one's possession to another person's possession. Luke 6:38 says " GIVE and it shall be given unto to you..." In another word, when you give you will receive. It's a definite principle our Lord Jesus Christ gave us Himself. If you aren't giving, you will receive nothing in return. It's impossible to have a land with no seed planted expecting your barn to be full except if weeds and bushes are your target. Commitment can be defined as a state of been pledged or engaged to something very important. Taking family as a case study - when a father isn't committed to his wife or parent to children or vice versa. They tend to do things for the benefit for one singular purpose - THEMSELVES. You can imagine what kind of family that will look like.    Commitment is an act of loyalty - being devoted to or faithful to someone, cause, or nation. As Christians, we know our loyalty is toward the head of the church - Christ Jesus. He loved us so much that he gave Himself up for our sins (john 3:16). Who on earth can Love to the extent of sacrificing his/her life because of someone who doesn't even care if he/she did or not?    When two people are joined together before an altar, they become life partners automatically. They are pronounced as husband and wife. In a case where one of them becomes unfaithful to their marital vow by having sexual intercourse with someone other than his/her spouse is called ADULTERY.    Unfortunately, the body of Christ has some set of people who commit this act.    Who is a wife? Can we really tell the difference between a spinster and a wife in this generation? I have wondered why the name was given in the first place because it's been subverted.    A young lady that has seen herself as someone who already knows what it takes to be a wife would definitely know that being joined to a man in HOLY matrimony is a task that differentiates her from being just a lady to a wife. I believe the name "wife" was given to indicate that there is a man in her life which is not just a short term relationship but a life long one. For a woman to stay in a life long relationship with a man, I discover that she must wrap herself up in some virtue that can make the relationship last. When a lady is of age, she gets into a relationship with a guy she chooses to spend her entire life with(except if she's not interested in getting married). They get to know each other so well that they can make decisions for each other (well, not most of the time, but I believe this is how it ought to be). While waiting for the man to make up his mind about her (whether or not to marry her), after studying her for some time, she would have also been prepared (in all areas needed) for that day he would pop the question.
