There is a call to greatness - the life of God in Him. To every call given, there is a reward for picking up the phone. Some people don't want to pick it up, because they feel like a heavy load will be dumped on them. But that's not true. He is faithful to the extent of doing the job Himself (1 Thessalonians 5:24). He just wants people to see Him through you.
You wonder how people suddenly turn great men of God into idols, right? It's because they think these men are doing it themselves, forgetting that they have a source - Christ Jesus.
When God gives a command, it comes with blessings. Part of the blessings is the ability to do and reward for doing it. You will discover that when you do a work reluctantly, you tend to use more energy, but when you do with joy and gladness, no matter how hard it is, you would like to do more.
It is stressful to do God's work or obey His commandment without willingness. The moment you are willing and joyful, the ability is given and after the work is been done, your reward is right there winking at you.
