SHARE THE LIGHT

There is love in sharing. This saying is true, a man can't decide in his heart to give out a part of his possessions, except if he had encountered the spirit of the one who first partook in the act of sharing- GOD.
The human nature is addicted to many things. It always want everything for its pleasure, without looking at those people who lack around them. It helps the person to see the reason to acquire more. It is selfish and never satisfied (Ecclesiastes 5:10).
Some business people refuse to have a partner because they do not want to share their profit with anyone. They can't just see or say anything good about partnership. They want to stalk up wealth for "their own" enjoyment just like the rich fool in Luke 12:16-21, little do they know that God owns the earth and the fullness thereof (Psalms 24:1) and He gives to His children- those that believe in His Son(Christ Jesus).
We have believed in many wrong principles and ways instead of the waytruth, and life. Our Faith in Him helps us in receiving the Father's gift - the Holy Spirit. This gift helps us to be more like Him.
Christ Jesus is THE LIGHT(John 1:4-5). Our faith in Him makes us also the light of the world(Matthew 5:16). We are to represent Him as Light. When electric bulbs(Christians) are connected with wires(the Holy Spirit) to the source( Christ Jesus), there is going to be illumination and it will cause people to see clearly- this is who we are. We are Christ and His kingdom's ambassadors.
The part of selfishness is taken away because we realize that we are saved by grace and others must also be a partaker of the privilege. The spirit in us always wants the light we receive to shine(Isaiah 60:1) that others will see thee works of the father and glorify Him by surrendering their lives to Him too.
We are saved to serve, not to become slaves to the world but partners to God in the harvesting of souls(Matthew 9:37-38). The kingdom of God can be populated when the citizens take it upon themselves to share their light in speech, character, thoughts, and relationships with others.
Let's take time to evangelize and bring men to the saving knowledge of Christ. We can't lose our reward(Revelations 22:12) because God is faithful and He will do His work with/without us, He only wants is to be a channel(1thessalonians 5:24). Are you willing to share the light? Ask God for grace and he will give it to you. SHALOM!

You Are Mary

The first Mary was not the only lady named MARY which was recorded in the Bible is found in the new testament. She was "a virgin", which means she wasn't the only one who was a virgin in her time, but she found favor with God and was chosen to bear the Holy seed of God. Mary, the highly favored, blessed among women and the Lord was with her. That was how she was seen by the Lord. Her assignment was to carry the seed of God, deliver a son, and He shall save His people, rule them and His kingdom is forever. Her question wasn't what's in it for me? It was HOW? What's the plan? The answer was the Holy Spirit will come upon you, the power of the Highest hover over you. Therefore, the child you bring to birth will be called Holy, Son of God. It's all planned by God, yours is to align. You are Mary, but whose seed are you carrying? Definitely not Christ Jesus. But what result will the seed you are carrying bring? Are you aligned to be chosen? Are you recept...

Wrap Ups

Endings are better than beginnings. Sticking to it is better than standing out ( Ecclesiastes 7:8; MSG). The end justifies the means and starting could be great, but there is nothing as fulfilling and satisfying as the wrapping up of a thing with strength and grace. It is better not to start anything at all than to give up halfway. If we must start a thing, then we must follow through to the end. It builds discipline, consistency, and focus. When a person sets out for a journey, the thing expected on the way can only be assumed but not accurate. Which makes the destination and finishing well a necessity for greatness and forging further. This year has been amazing and some many things were unexpected, but regardless of the emotions experienced, God is good! When we thought it was over and there was no way we will make it, He showed and made a way. The most important thing when we are wrapping up anything is Thanksgiving. It could have only been God. If only we c...

God's or Abraham's?

The moment the word "children" appears, what comes to mind most the time is the result or outcome of a process. Especially when the psalmist was describing children in Psalms 127:3-5. My eyes were open to seeing results as children. Definitely, children have fathers. Let not go into defining children ( you can always read my post on CHILDREN), But my concern is that sometimes we (Christians) are referred to as Abraham's offspring and at the same time, we are called the children of God. How are we children of God and also Abraham's? It is possible that we are the offspring of both God and Abraham (His friend). We are considered as Abraham's offspring when we believe (Galatians 3:6-8), because the first to exercise Faith in God was Abraham and we are called his children because we are doing exactly what he did which was counted to him as righteousness(John 8:39) - FAITH . So we (believers) are the re-produced version(children) of the Father of Faith - Abraham...
