Where it start

The coming of a baby to this world is to start living life. Everyone was once in this state. Then we began to grow, eat, talk, crawl, walk, run, read, write and so many other activities. It was a gradual process, but the first thing was to be born.
In the kingdom of God, we were sinners at a point in our lives, then we became born again. Being born again is the bringing into life in Christ Jesus. At this point, many things begin to change in our lives.
It is true that we must be born again(into Christ), but it doesn't end there. We must continue in the process of GROWING by feeding on the WORD OF GOD, WALK by letting the HOLY SPIRIT take the lead and we follow Him, and so many other things that pertain to the kingdom of heaven must be part of our behavior and attitude.
We Christians must know that being born again is like getting an admission, but we must also engage in the activities of the kingdom to be sustained in it. A baby can't grow if he/she doesn't eat while a child of God can't grow without feeding on the word of God.
There are so many activities that must be engaged in the kingdom because it's a kingdom that is not limited by time, so one shouldn't be stalked on the fact that I'm born again. It's just a step out of millions of steps to take.
The factor between a SAINT that has a past and a sinner with a future is THE CROSS. One meets the Cross and continued in the taking of those steps of Faith while the other must enter his future by taking one step of faith.
Brethren, Christianity all started at the cross which is the bridge by believing and confessing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, but it doesn't end there. We must keep moving. When we allow the holy spirit to lead us through the journey, then we will end victoriously. There is more to Christianity than getting saved when we allow the holy spirit to take the lead and we follow by faith. May the Lord help us in Jesus name. Amen! SHALOM!!!

You Are Mary

The first Mary was not the only lady named MARY which was recorded in the Bible is found in the new testament. She was "a virgin", which means she wasn't the only one who was a virgin in her time, but she found favor with God and was chosen to bear the Holy seed of God. Mary, the highly favored, blessed among women and the Lord was with her. That was how she was seen by the Lord. Her assignment was to carry the seed of God, deliver a son, and He shall save His people, rule them and His kingdom is forever. Her question wasn't what's in it for me? It was HOW? What's the plan? The answer was the Holy Spirit will come upon you, the power of the Highest hover over you. Therefore, the child you bring to birth will be called Holy, Son of God. It's all planned by God, yours is to align. You are Mary, but whose seed are you carrying? Definitely not Christ Jesus. But what result will the seed you are carrying bring? Are you aligned to be chosen? Are you recept...

Wrap Ups

Endings are better than beginnings. Sticking to it is better than standing out ( Ecclesiastes 7:8; MSG). The end justifies the means and starting could be great, but there is nothing as fulfilling and satisfying as the wrapping up of a thing with strength and grace. It is better not to start anything at all than to give up halfway. If we must start a thing, then we must follow through to the end. It builds discipline, consistency, and focus. When a person sets out for a journey, the thing expected on the way can only be assumed but not accurate. Which makes the destination and finishing well a necessity for greatness and forging further. This year has been amazing and some many things were unexpected, but regardless of the emotions experienced, God is good! When we thought it was over and there was no way we will make it, He showed and made a way. The most important thing when we are wrapping up anything is Thanksgiving. It could have only been God. If only we c...

God's or Abraham's?

The moment the word "children" appears, what comes to mind most the time is the result or outcome of a process. Especially when the psalmist was describing children in Psalms 127:3-5. My eyes were open to seeing results as children. Definitely, children have fathers. Let not go into defining children ( you can always read my post on CHILDREN), But my concern is that sometimes we (Christians) are referred to as Abraham's offspring and at the same time, we are called the children of God. How are we children of God and also Abraham's? It is possible that we are the offspring of both God and Abraham (His friend). We are considered as Abraham's offspring when we believe (Galatians 3:6-8), because the first to exercise Faith in God was Abraham and we are called his children because we are doing exactly what he did which was counted to him as righteousness(John 8:39) - FAITH . So we (believers) are the re-produced version(children) of the Father of Faith - Abraham...
